Advantages:

Было неприятно при заселении, что по всяким вопросам дергали, сама квартира не самая комфортная, понятно, что бывает и хуже, но я наверно привыкла к большему комфорту, сетью может ещё и воспользуюсь, но в эту квартиру точно не заеду

Все просто отлично! Единственное маленькое замечание - состояние сковородки! В целом я поймал себя на мысли что не против здесь остаться жить 😏
