Квартира находится на ул. Сормовская 210 рядом с трассой м4 дон, рядом набережная карасунских озёр, торговые центры горизонт, оз молл, рынки. Институт иро, факультет журналистики. Магазины продуктов в шаговой доступности.
В квартире новый ремонт, 4 спальных места, большая кровать аскона и большой диван. Постельное, полотенца, посуда всё это имеется. Тв, кондиционер, водонагреватель, плита, чайник, фен, wi-fi.
При бронировании вносится предоплата, заселение по паспорту, договору, залог 3000 ( возвращается при соблюдении правил проживания )
Заселение с 14: 00 выезд до 12: 00
-Курить сигареты прямого горения зеапрещено.
-С животными не заселяем.
-Квартира не сдаётся для шумных компаний и проведения вечеринок.
