Дом для отдыха телом и душой! Пожарить мясо, попариться в русской баньке на дровах (включена в стоимость тоже), окунуться в холодный бассейн после бани, похлестаться веником, а потом пойти петь караоке в доме. Перезагрузка полная и такой праздник запомнится всем!
Парковка на 5-6 машин. Дом под охраной Нева.
В доме шуметь можно в любое время, а на улице с 22: 00 должно быть тихо, чтобы не мешать жить соседям.
Дом вмещает не более 15 гостей, спальных мест на 6-7 человек.
Про цены:
Полные сутки с 15: 00 до 12: 00:
- Пн-чт 12тр за 10 человек, если более, то по +1000р
- Пт или вс 14тр за 12 человек, если более, то по +1000р
- Сб до 15 человек цена 20тр
Если не полные сутки с 15: 00 до 22: 00, то дешевле на 20%.
При заезде залог 7000р вместе с остатком по оплате за дом.
