Главный плюс квартиры - её расположение. В шаговой доступности остановки всех видов транспорта (за углом), восточный рынок - через дорогу, банк и магнит в соседнем доме. Больница хбк и кубгу - 10 минут неспешным шагом. Ашан, леруа и мегамолл - 3 трамвайных остановки. Парк солнечный остров - 15 минут пешком. При этом очень тихо и спокойно и светло в квартире, под окном цветущий сад. Есть всё необходимое. Техника премиум класса.

Advantages:

Уютная, красивая квартира. Полностью соответствует фото. Чистое постельное бельё, полотенца. Классный район- очень люблю его. Квартира чуть во дворах- тихо и спокойно!!

Disadvantages:

Я бы заменила кружки (маленькие и треснувшие) и если не матрас, то хотя бы топпер на него (чувствуется каждая пружина).

Хорошая комната, с неплохим ремонтом, прям недалеко от универа, в принципе, очень неплохо особенно за эту цену.
