Advantages:

Чистая и уютная квартира в хорошем доме, все для удобства (гарнитур, посуда, техника, мыло, шампуни даже зубные щетки). Понимающий хозяин квартиры (пришлось заехать немного раньше времени)

Disadvantages:

Не самый удобный район если снимать посуточно, до центра если добираться то только на такси, на автобусе из-за пробок показывает немало ехать
