Сдаётся посуточно двухэтажный дом 140 м2. Дом находится в районе немецкой деревни, рядом лебединое озеро, кафе. В доме на первом этаже находится кухня-столовая (вся кухонная техника, посуда), одна спальня, два санузла со средствами личной гигиены, душевая, баня, бассейн. Бассейн с 14 сентября не работает. На втором этаже: 3 спальни с постельным бельём — спальных мест. Туалет, ванна. Также на участке есть мангал. Оплата дополнительных гостей обговаривается отдельно. Использование бани — 3000 за растопку. Залог.
Документы, чеки предоставляются.
Можем организовать завтраки, обеды и ужины (кейтеринг).
