Disadvantages:

Мелочи из которых складывается общее впечатлении - отломанная ручка замка в ванной, плохо открывающиеся ящики в кухне, очень тусклое освещение, простынь которая не по размеру, ковер весь в пятнах, на всех батареях сушились полотенца. Если на пару ночей - то нормально.
