Оценка 100 из 10. Прекрасная хозяйка, всегда на связи. Чистая, светлая квартира, для проживания есть всё необходимое, всё работает, Wi-Fi летает. ) Рядом с домом магазины, пекарни, аптеки, салоны, WB, Ozon, Yandex и др. Хорошая транспортная доступность.
