Advantages:

Самый центр, красиво! Напротив фудкорд где можно вкусно и недорого поесть. Есть подземный паркинг! Вообщем все соответствует цене. Не хватало только несколько чайных пакетиков.

Disadvantages:

Добавьте чайные принадлежности!
