Однокомнатная квартира находится на втором этаже трёхэтажного частного дома. Закрытая территория. В частном секторе не нужно долго искать место для парковки автомобиля. Тихие улочки скрыты от городской суеты, хотя уже в 100 метрах от дома находится ул. Сормовская, одна из основных артерий района. По ней идет огромный автомобильный трафик, что позволяет быстро выехать в любую точку города, а так же на трассу. 200 метров до автобусной остановки, 300 метров до трамвайной. В шаговой доступности много супермаркетов. А так же пять минут езды до тц. Парк краснодар(галицкого) 10 минут. Центр 20 минут. Естественно все зависит от наших пробок))
В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Белоснежное постельное бельё и полотенца, чтоб вы могли сразу оценить их чистоту.
Кофеварка, заварочный чайник, тостер-для вкусных завтраков. А также утюг, фен, стиральная машина.
Любой вопрос решается в течений нескольких минут, так как горничная всегда находится рядом.
Заезд с 14: 00, выезд в 12: 00, при необходимости и возможности можно обговорить ранний заезд и поздний выезд.
Залог возвращается после уборки горничной на карту, при условий сохранности имущества квартиры, а так же отсутствии трудновыводимых пятен на полотенцах и постельном бельё в течении 2-х часов после выезда.
