Advantages:

Хорошая просторная студия, видно, что только что сделан ремонт. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Внизу есть очень много магазинов, кофеен и т. д. Бесконтактное заселение, хозяйка всегда на связи. Рекомендую!

Disadvantages:

До остановки, с которой можно уехать в центр идти минут 10. Но мы заранее это знали, нам это не принципиально. Соотношение цена-качество прекрасное!
