Advantages:

Все отлично. Квартира в хорошем новом доме. Нормальный душ. Хорошие спальные места. Есть вай-фай. На первом этаже дома магазины, что удобно. Напротив торговый центр, где можно погулять и поесть. Во дворе парковка и детская площадка. Небольшой минус, что не было отопления и было прохладно, но это не вина хозяина, а скорее коммунальщиков.
