Advantages:

Нормальное место, уютно, чисто.

Disadvantages:

Единственный минус - слышимость. Ощущение, что стены между номерами бумажные. Соседи разговаривали - слышно все. Стены можно было и не строить, просто повесить шторы, было бы тоже самое.
