Advantages:

Удобное местоположение: дом стоит между двумя детскими садами, этого вообще не заметно. В квартире чисто, тепло и уютно, рядом КБ, аптеки, не шумно. В пяти минутах ходьбы, ближе к парку, начинаются кафешки. В квартире есть всё необходимое, если останавливаться на сутки или на несколько дней: постельное не синтетика, много подушек, одеял, нормальный матрас и в зале, и в спальне, хорошие полотенца, их много, на кухне достаточно посуды, не битая. Бесконтактное заселение. Дали подробную инструкцию, всё понятно. Если что-то непонятно, менеджеры на связи в любое время. В квартире всё как на фото.
