Advantages:

Квартира полностью соответствует фотографиям на сайте - большая, чистая, уютная. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания - удобная мебель, бытовая техника, полный комплект посуды и постельных принадлежностей. Удобное расположение самого ЖК относительно городской инфраструктуры, делает жильё ещё более комфортным - много магазинов, транспорт, шикарный парк

Disadvantages:

Рядом строится новый ЖК, иногда мешает шум, но хозяева квартиры на это никак повлиять не могут - явление временное. А вот москитные сетки поставить просто необходимо
