Advantages:

Расположение рядом с вокзалом, есть утюг и фен, бесконтактное заселение.

Disadvantages:

Нет питьевой воды, неудобный диван и сломанный. На кухне было очень пыльно. И самое ужасное очень накурено на балконе. Зашли в квартиру, балконная дверь была открыта и из за этого запах сигарет стоял в квартире.

Расположение, чистота,вид из окна. Диван требует ремонта, или хотя бы матраса. Изголовье продавлено.
