Соседи не шумят, доставки туда быстрые есть, интернет быстрый и хороший. Кондиционер хорошо спасает от жары, горячую воду не отключали ни разу (жил май-июнь)

Disadvantages:

В комнате стоит довольно громкий холодильник, кому-то может мешать уснуть.
