Advantages:

Очень понравилась хозяйка, по телефону приветлива сговорчива квартира хорошая по расположению в паре кварталов от парка Галицкого. Квартира нам досталась другая, но нам было непринципиально

Disadvantages:

Хотелось бы больше для людей, у квартиры нет души. Чай кофе сахар, порошок заварочный чайник бы неплохо доукомплектовать, крышку на сковороду
