Advantages:

Расположение, скоростной интернет.

Disadvantages:

Квартира в крайне запущенном состоянии. Межкомнатные двери не закрываются, дверь в туалет сломана. Мебель вся в сколах и дырках. Ванная комната не доделана. Плита в плачевном состоянии. Холодильник работает, но ячеек и ящиков просто нет. Скатерть на кухне в дырках (заклеена скотчем). Диван просто грязный в разводах, сидеть не хочется. Полотенца и постельное застираны, что их давно пора поменять. Хозяйка крайне безответственная, общаться не хочет и не умеет, крайне негативное впечатление от общения. Если есть возможность рассмотреть другое жилье- 100% рассматривайте. Худшее жилье за последние 20 лет командировок.
