Advantages:

Хорошая, чистая и уютная квартира. Тихо место, рядом кафе, магазины и прогулки. Заехали на 1 час раньше по согласованию с хозяйкой, за что очень благодарны. Из улучшений, было бы здорово иметь штопор ), хотя соседи душевные в помощь !

Disadvantages:

P/S матрас хороший, но жёсткий, на любителя, наматрасник должен выручить, если приобрести.
