Всегда чистое открытое море, горы, хвойные и кипарисовые леса. 400 м до пляжа (10 минут). 50 м - магазин, банкомат. Двухэтажный дом со всеми удобствами, мебелью, бельём. 3спальни. (1- двуспальная кровать, 2- двуспальная кровать, 3- двуспальная + односпальная кровати, в гостинной есть двуспальный диван/кровать), санузел, терраса, кухня. Парковочное место, собственный дворик, окруженный вековыми соснами. Каждая комната со сплит системой, лоджия с видом на сосны. Прекрасный воздух, тишина и пение птиц. Полнейший релакс. Шикарное место для отдыха.
