Вокруг домика посажено много деревьев, поэтому жильё подойдёт тем, кто плохо переносит жару. Жильё сдают бабушка с дедушкой, которые в эту часть двора не заходят, так что фактически проживание без хозяев. Проживание с животными по договорённости.
