Шикарный новый коттедж на берегу реки Кубань с собственным выходом на берег.
Тишина пение птиц, шум деревьев всего в 20 минутах езды от краснодара. В доме есть все для идеального отдыха в меру шумных компаний. Или нескольких семей с детьми. Для детей есть сони плейстейшен 4, для взрослых караоке, шикарная акустика, баня, бассейн с подогревом (31-32°) круглый год. Летом возможны прогулки по реке на катере. Либо по берегу реки в течении всего года. Естественно есть вся посуда, большой зал, караоке, (57 кв) и 3 спальни (одна с видом на реку). Парковка во дворе до 8 авто. Баня на дровах со своим санузлом, душем, телевизором и комнатой отдыха. Побывав у нас единожды вы захотите возвращаться к нам снова и снова!
