Тишина пение птиц, шум деревьев всего в 20 минутах езды от Краснодара. В доме есть все для идеального отдыха в меру шумных компаний. Или нескольких семей с детьми. караоке, шикарная акустика, баня, бассейн с подогревом (31-32°) круглый год. Либо по берегу реки в течении всего года. Естественно есть вся посуда, большой зал, караоке, (57 кв) и 4 спальни (две с видом на реку). 13 спальных мест. До 20 посадочных мест для гостей. Парковка во дворе до 11 авто. Баня на дровах со своим санузлом, душем, телевизором и комнатой отдыха.
