До моря 300 метров. Пляж песчано-ракушечный.
В доме вас ждет полностью оснащенная кухня и уборная на первом этаже. На втором этаже две комнаты: спальня (двухъярусная кровать для троих, диван, шкаф, тумбы) и гостиная с диваном, шкафом, тв, сплит-системой, детской кроваткой.
Во дворе беседка, мангал, качели, игрушки для детей.
Тихое место с минимумом развлечений, идеально для отдыха с семьёй и детьми.
Неглубокое теплое море.
На данном участке также проживаем мы и сдается ещё один домик, друг другу не мешаем.
