Advantages:

Были транзитом с юга, с поздним заездом и ранним выездом вопросов не возникло. Для размещения по дороге - месторасположение отличное. Коттедж - пристройка к дому с отдельным входом, общая кухня и два санузла (один с душем) на 4-5 комнат (если не ошибаюсь) В комнате чисто, сделан свежий ремонт, есть кондиционер. Постельное чистое

Disadvantages:

Общие санузлы были не очень чистые, туалетная бумага и мыло отсутствовали. Полотенца принесли только по запросу.
