Disadvantages:

Очень медленный интернет, частые отключения электроэнергии. Санузел очень большой, но комната очень нецелесообразно устроена, если кто-то идет в душ, то туалетом вы не воспользуетесь, хотя площадь позволяет организовать их отдельно. В час пик очередь. Парковаться сложно, так как парковки нет.
