Деревянные домики (коттеджи) двух видов в посёлке Лермонтово. Домики из сруба и каркасные сдаются круглый год, сезон и межсезонье. Дом на 7 спальных мест,сдаётся поэтажно,каждый этаж полноценный дом на 7 спальных мест.2 изолированных спальни с двухспальными кроватями (в одной спален ещё односпальная кровать )кухня гостиная стоит диван раскладывается 2,туалет душ.Своя терасса со столиком и стульями и подвесная качелька.Лестница с улицы с соседями не контактируете. На территории есть баня (за отдельную плату) функционирует зимой. Крытая беседка с двумя мангалами(шампура, решетки, казан предоставляются) беседки открытые 4 штуки. Большая территория, обогреваемые дома.
Море, горы, воздух, морской бриз в вашем распоряжении в межсезонье. Внутри коттеджи тёплые, вода горячая, wi-fi, smart tv, вся посуда, постельное бельё, полотенца.
