6-7 минут по прямой, через дорогу переходить не нужно!!! Подземный переход!!! ). Рядом новый аквапарк. На первом этаже студия с раскладным диваном и кухонной зоной со столом, спальня с 2-х сп. Кроватью и санузел с душевой. На втором этаже большая комната с 2-х сп кроватью и раскладным диваном и санузел с душевой. Все новое!!! Постройка 2022 года. Хороший
