Всё вроде ничего, но.

Disadvantages:

Горячая вода есть не всегда. В ванной на 2 этаже пахнет канализацией. Мы проживали длительный период, в день отъезда попросили выехать не в 12ч, а после тихого часа детей, хозяева на встречу не пошли - попросили в таком случае оплатить ещё 1 сутки проживания. Если б заезжали люди сразу- всё понятно, но дом пустовал, хозяева решили за несколько часов заработать ещё +12тыс.
