Новый 2-х этажный дом, в 15 км. от моря ( пос. Монастырь). Отделка -дерево, отопление имеется, сдаем на 3 семьи. С окон открывается вид на горы, на озеро, на природу!
1 этаж - зал, кухня, спальня, с/у и душевая.
2 этаж - 2 спальни, с/у и душевая. В трёх спальнях 2-х спальные кровати, в одной спальне помимо двухспальной кровати имеется кресло раскладное. В зале большой диван (раскладывается). На 2 этаже имеются балконы. В стоимость проживания входит пользование теннисным кортом, инвентарь для игр, бильярд, рыбалка на озере, зона барбекю, беседка на озере, автостоянка, вай фай, бассейн с подогревом. Баня оплачивается отдельно!

Рядом с коттеджем мангал, беседка для отдыха. На территории имеется баня с подогреваемым бассейном, теннисный корт профессиональный, русский бильярд, свое озеро-организация рыбалки(карп, амур, сазан). Охраняемая парковка.
Рядом, в 5 минутах ходьбы, находится автобусная остановка.
