кухня с плитой, кондиционер, холодильник, водонагреватель, стиральная машинка, утюг. Большая двуспальная кровать и раскладной диван.
Закрытый комплекс со своей бесплатной парковкой, детской площадкой, мангальной зоной. До моря 1 км. Остановка автобуса 100м, жд станция Лесная 1,1 км. Близко главная дорога, но тихо и много зелени. До центра Сочи 30 минут на машине.
Вся необходимая посуда, подушки, постельное есть.

Уборка и стирка постельного белья оплачивается дополнительно во время проживания по необходимости (если вам нужно).

На территории есть бассейн, посещение за дополнительную плату.
