Advantages:

Ночевали по пути из Крыма. Всё устроило. Недалёко от моста, легко найти) Кстати, для тех, кто планирует более длительный отдых в Пересыпи, гостевой дом недалеко от моря (хоть и через трассу, но есть пешеходный переход). Магазины-кафе тоже рядом.

Disadvantages:

По периметру были замечены пауки (говорят, им климат здесь нравится). И полотенца нам не выдали. Не знаю, так предусмотрено концепцией или забыли. Лучше иметь свои.
