Advantages:

Расположение квартиры очень хорошее, всё рядом . Магазины, банки и прочие. Вечером можно сходить в центр погулять. Возле квартиры своё место для парковки.

Disadvantages:

Так квартира не плохая но мебель можно уже поменять. В квартире нету зеркала. Было чуть шумно так как шла стройка тротуара.
