Уютный дом на горе в пос. Супсех в 2-х км от города Анапа. С видом на город, видно море. Дом большой, 380 м, участок 10 соток, много цветов и зелени.
На участке беседка, мангал, баня. В бане 2 душа подвесное ведро для обливания, камин. Море в шаговой доступности 700 м пешком, высокий берег.
Всегда чистая вода. В 3-х км по направлению большой Утриш (на авто или общественный транспорт) благоустроенный пляж.
Парковка на 2-4 машины во дворе дома.
В доме сделан дизайнерский ремонт, новая удобная мебель, сменное пастельное бельё, полотенце. Большой холл, второй свет. Кухня укомплектована новой бытовой техникой. Инфраструктура, магазины общественный транспорт рядом. На машине к нам добираться удобней.
