Квартира сдаётся впервые. Есть всё для комфортного проживания. Отопление индивидуальное, горячая вода от бойлера. т. е. горячая вода и тепло всегда в наличии. Дом находится в квартале от оживлённой дороги, поэтому у нас тихо и очень уютно. Общественный транспорт в шаговой доступности. В 10 км с. Сукко с чистым галечным пляжем и озером с болотными кипарисами. Большой Утриш с открытым морем, рыбалкой, барабулей, мидиями и т. д. Маршрут 109 автобуса. А в Анапу добраться можно пешком или 2 остановки на автобусе. Красная площадь — 20–25 мин спокойным шагом. Рядом с домом магазины, пекарни, кафе и многое другое.
Мы рады нашим гостям и выслушаем все пожелания.
Квартиру можно снять помесячно, на долгий срок. Цена оговаривается.
