Сдаётся дом для комфортного проживания в отпуске, командировке и временного пребывания на берегу Чёрного моря, пригород Анапы! (Минимальная аренда от 2-х суток.) Всё необходимое для проживания имеется. В пешей доступности вся необходимая инфраструктура, удобная транспортная развязка: до города — 5 мин, до ближайшего галечного пляжа — 15 мин. В наличии личная парковка, отдельный вход.

Доплата за домашних животных: 1000 руб. единоразово.

Имеется парковка, входит в стоимость проживания.

Немного дополнительной информации:
* сетевые магазины, остановка — 2 мин;
* пляж Сукко, Высокий берег, Большой Утриш, Кипарисовое озеро — 15 мин на машине;
