Гостевой дом Филиппыч находится в частном секторе в центре города Тимашевск, в пешей доступности вся необходимая инфраструктура: школа, детский сад, больница, мэрия, пляж, Магнит, Пятерочка. Проезжая мимо нашего дома вы минуете пробку на ЖД переезде, в которой люди проводят по 4-5 часов.
