Advantages:

Хорошее расположение, есть где при парковаться авто. Комната свободная, чистая, тепло и уютно. В комнате кровать и диван. Кондиционер работает Есть кухня и все не обходилось для готовки. Холодильник, микроволновка, утюг и тд.

Disadvantages:

Номер находиться в цокольном этаже, мало света, и от сырости кое-где отвалилась штукатурка.
