Advantages:

Удобное заселение, все было быстро и четко. Хорошее место расположения, рядом остановка, магазины. Рядом граница с Абхазией.

Disadvantages:

Кондиционер не охлаждает, в квартире было невыносимо жарко, как в бани. Открытие окна не помогли, поэтому там было нереально находиться.
