Живите с удобством: дом расположен на уютной огороженной территории, есть парковка, зона для барбекю, детская площадка и беседка. всё под рукой: прямо через дорогу – "магнит", "красное и белое", мясные и овощные лавки, кулинария, вб. отличная транспортная доступность: рядом остановка с маршрутами в сочи, красную поляну и олимпийский парк.
Работаем официально и честно (собственник, без комиссии! ): заключаем договор, берем залог за имущество. гибкий заезд/выезд (обсуждаем индивидуально). приветствуем длительное проживание.
