Заселение прошло быстро, хозяин доброжелательный. Квартира чистая, хороший ремонт, из окна красивый вид на годы. Также в квартире есть все необходимое для проживания. Удобная парковка на территории. Месторасположение отличное, магазины, кафе, рестораны-все поблизости, до набережной 12 мин на машине В общем,все отлично!
