Advantages:

Уютно по домашнему, отдельный вход, мангал, все для детей имеется, даже игрушки по соседству номер на 4х, встречались не часто было тихо и спокойно, рекомендую

Disadvantages:

Не хватало микроволновки, пришлось вспомнить как разогревать на сковороде

Advantages:

Все замечательно. Особенно понравились соседи. Ребята весь вечер пели песни под гитару. Супер.

Disadvantages:

Можно, даже нужно положить губку для мытья посуды.
