20 шагов до пляжа, вид на море из окон, все удобства, абсолютный комфорт и тишина. 

Дом по типу таунхаус (на два входа с изолированными двориками) из бруса, двухэтажный, все удобства: кухня, душ, туалет, стиральная машина, кондиционер, постельное бельё. 

Две комнаты: первый этаж 15 кв м, второй этаж 12 кв м, на улице от стены дома навес-веранда. С/у с душевой кабиной в доме. Кровати: на первом две одноместные, на втором двуспальная. Ставим детскую кроватку для гостей с грудными детками бесплатно! Около дома веранда, для того что бы на улице можно было вечером посидеть, шашлык сделать. Дом расположен в посёлке под ейском.

Прямо на берегу моря. Для проведения вечеринок - не сдаём.
