В 300 метрах красное белое, продуктовый магазин, манганита, пятёрочка и хоз маг. При заселении депозит за 4 человек 20 т, при большом количестве цена депозита увеличиться до 30 т ( залог берётся за порчу имущества ) клининг за ваш счёт.
