Поселок " Солнечный Берег" расположен в курортной части Краснодарского края, на побережье Азовского моря, до моря 100 метров. Место оправдывает свое название почти 280 дней в году здесь светит солнце, при этом легкий морской бриз дарит свежесть и прохладу даже в самые жаркие дни.
Поселок хорошо вписан в природное окружение. Наш поселок удачно располагается вдали от шумных населенных пунктов, однако рядом есть все необходимое:

17 км до города Темрюк
64 км до аэропорта Анапа
75 км до Крыма
В коттедже сделан евро ремонт. Есть вся необходимая мебель . В доме есть центральная канализация , водопровод, электричество, газ, кондиционеры.
На территории коттеджа расположен переливной бассейн размером 8 м- 4.4 м-1.5 м. С автоматической химводоочисткой.
