В доме имеется 4 просторных спальни, 2 санузла, кухня-гостиная, кладовая, гараж, терраса и балкон, во дворе - садовая мебель, беседка и сад. Дом полностью укомплектован до мелочей. В самом поселке все улицы и тротуары вымощены брусчаткой, имеется теннисный корт, детская и спортивная площадка на набережной. Вместимость коттеджа до 8 человек, возможна аренда с животными. Минимальный срок аренды - 5 суток. Место у нас тихое, красивое, с прекрасным морским воздухом и песчаным пляжем. Приезжайте! Вам понравится!
