Гостевой дом расположен на 5 линии в охраняемом коттеджном поселке солнечный берег на берегу азовского моря. В доме имеется 4 просторных спальни, 2 санузла, кухня-гостиная, кладовая, гараж, терраса и балкон, во дворе - садовая мебель, сад. Дом полностью укомплектован до мелочей. В самом поселке все улицы и тротуары вымощены брусчаткой, имеется теннисный корт, детская и спортивная площадка на набережной. Вместимость коттеджа до 8 человек, возможна аренда с животными. Минимальный срок аренды - 5 суток. Место у нас тихое, красивое, с прекрасным морским воздухом и песчаным пляжем. Приезжайте! Вам понравится!

Advantages:

Провели почти 2 недели в этом прекрасном месте. Минусов нет. Одни плюсы. Закрытая территория, близость к морю, чистота, тишина. Дом очень комфортный, предусмотрено абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания 8 человек. Нас было 2 семьи, если честно, за пределы поселка не хотелось выходить. Уборка раз в неделю — полноценный клининг, а не так, чтобы шваброй вжик пару раз. На территории в этом году ввели в эксплуатацию бассейн. В общем, мы прекрасно отдохнули, и спасибо Владимиру за заботу. Прекрасный управляющий.
