Advantages:

Квартира полностью соответствует фото, даже как будто лучше, чем на фото. Чисто, все необходимое есть. Место для парковки лучше искать не во дворе, а за домом. Удобное бесконтактное заселение. Прямо внизу есть замечательная кофейня (изначально из-за неё и выбирали место отдыха). Минусами при проживании были следующие моменты. В квартире было холодно, даже тёплые носки не спасали от холодного пола. Теплый пол был только в ванной. Ребёнок все таки заболел после этого. Нет пробки от ванной, ванну не принять, только душ. Не работает пульт в спальной комнате. Все остальное понравилось, есть вероятность что ещё раз вернёмся в эту квартиру
